Pastoral Development Manager
The Pastoral Development Manager drives strategic initiatives to strengthen evangelisation and discipleship in the Archdiocese of Singapore. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role spearheads pastoral strategies and initiatives that inspire, equip, and support leaders and volunteers, ensuring that mission-oriented efforts are effectively executed to build a vibrant, evangelising and missionary Church.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive pastoral strategies and interventions to strengthen the church’s ability to evangelise and form disciples.
- Plan and lead the implementation of pastoral initiatives that strengthen missionary orientation, identity, and impact.
- Design conceptual and strategic frameworks and tools to help parishes and church organisations track, assess and refine pastoral effectiveness.
- Equip and empower lay pastoral leaders and volunteers to enhance pastoral impact.
- Drive and facilitate workshops, retreats, and pastoral programmes to activate and sustain participation in the mission of disciple-making.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed by the Executive Director.

Project Facilitator (Contract)
The Office for the New Evangelisation (ONE) is seeking a highly motivated and creative Project Facilitator (Contract) to help drive the development of a formation initiative for missionary discipleship. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for evangelisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Catholic community, document progress, and offer recommendations to ensure the initiative is built on a strong foundation.
You will explore how different groups are forming and equipping missionary disciples, analyse their approaches, and help shape an inspiring platform that encourages Catholics to live their faith more fully in daily life. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will foster collaboration, build networks, and create opportunities for shared learning and growth.
