To strengthen connections between Archdiocesan organisations, ONE facilitates regular strategic communion initiatives for leadership teams and staff.
Strategic Communion Meeting
A monthly space for management-level leaders from Archdiocesan organisations to come together in prayer, listen to one another, and build a shared culture of trust, relationship, and communion.
Strategic Communion Fellowship
Casual evenings for staff to connect, share life, and build friendships across organisations in a relaxed setting.
Strategic Communion Summit
A bi-annual bringing together of board members, spiritual directors, and executive directors for prayer, connection, and alignment on our shared mission.
Strategic Communion Retreat
An extended time away for staff to be renewed, re-centre our mission on God, and strengthen the spirituality of communion across Archdiocesan organisations.
Strategic Communion Assembly
A gathering of staff and key volunteers from Catholic organisations to be inspired, renewed, and re-centred on the mission through a day of recollection.
