
Events and Administrative Executive

Job Summary
The Events and Administrative Executive plays a key role in the mission of ONE by providing support and coordination to plan and execute various events, activities, and initiatives under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the respective ONE project managers to understand the objectives and requirements of each event.
- Support the ONE project managers to plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they are managed smoothly and within budget in a timely fashion.
- Manage event operations, including sourcing and booking venues, and handle all event logistic requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and collaborators during the event process to ensure the event planning is in order.
- Coordinate all event set-up and tear-down processes.
- Responsible for the registration process and tracking the attendance of participants.
- Any other matters that the Executive Director may require.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant event experience.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
- Industrious, responsible, and meticulous.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable in unpredictable situations.
- Comfortable working in high-stress environments and being able to remain calm.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple
projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on selected weekends.
