Job Summary

The Events and Administrative Executive plays a key role in the mission of ONE by providing support and coordination to plan and execute various events, activities, and initiatives under the supervision of the Executive Director.


Key Responsibilities

  • ¬†Work closely with the respective ONE project managers to understand the objectives and requirements of each event.
  • Support the ONE project managers to plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they are managed smoothly and within budget in a timely fashion.
  • Manage event operations, including sourcing and booking venues, and handle all event logistic requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, speakers, and collaborators during the event process to ensure the event planning is in order.
  • Coordinate all event set-up and tear-down processes.
  • Responsible for the registration process and tracking the attendance of participants.
  • Any other matters that the Executive Director may require.



  • At least 1 year of relevant event experience.
  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
  • Industrious, responsible, and meticulous.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable in unpredictable situations.
  • Comfortable working in high-stress environments and being able to remain calm.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple
    projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on selected weekends.
